CHEW LOVE REWARD POINTS PROGRAM

1. For every $25 minimum in completed sales per invoice, you earn 1 reward point. Reward Points are calculated on the paid sales per invoice total after promo or voucher discounts, excluding shipping & handling, and excluding applicable taxes.  
2. Each reward point is equivalent to $1 in-store credit only. NO CASH VALUE
3. You must accumulate a minimum of 5 reward points before you can use it at checkout. 
4.  Reward points and Referral points/$ are capped at 200 points. No expiry date.

6.  Our reward points program is a privilege.  We reserve the right to make necessary changes or even remove the program with 30-day advance notice. Method of a valid written notice would be our Email Newsletter, our News Blog, and any authorized content posted on our website. You can only accumulate reward points on orders made from our authorized website www.chewlovedogtreats.com. Any purchases from our authorized resellers or affiliates are not eligible for our Chew Love Reward Points Program.

Reward Points CANNOT be used to pay for shipping and/or taxes on the invoice.

Loyalty Reward Points is not considered cash and does not have any monetary value. If your account is deleted per your request or due to policy violation(s) or account misuse, all unused reward points at that time will be invalid and are non-transferrable.

NOTE:  We welcome you to donate your reward points balance to a charity of your choice or a collaborated charity such as  BC SPCA where on some occasions we will match your reward points donation. More details will be announced when we have chosen one or two local or national animal charity organizations.
