Refund or Exchange/In-Store Credit Policy for only Website Purchases
A full refund is only possible if you cancel your order prior to it being processed for shipment. This applies to both dog treats and non-dog treat products. Our contract courier will pick up all shipments each business day around 1 pm (PST).
Once your order has been dropped off for shipment, we will only offer an exchange or in-store credit. Any purchase from our authorized reseller must adhere to the reseller’s refund and exchange policy!
All Wearables & Accessories (Non-dog treat products)
To qualify for an exchange or in-store credit, you must meet the following criteria:
All returned items will be inspected before they can be accepted and approved. If the product does not meet the criteria listed above, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange or in-store credit.
To complete your exchange or in-store credit, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase.
*Please note only regular priced items may be returned/exchange. Unfortunately, items marked for clearance or final sale cannot be returned.
Shipping Return Items for Exchange or In-Store Credit
Before sending us your return item, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA form must be included with your return item or your return cannot be accepted nor processed.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including those for return items. If we happen to make a mistake on your order, then we will pay for the return shipment to be exchanged.
Please ensure that all return items are properly packaged so they will not be damaged during transit or delivery.
If we receive any damaged return items or products used beyond what we can reasonably inspect, then we will reject the exchange or in-store credit.
All our Chew Love dog treats are considered Perishable Products
Perishable goods are not allowed to be returned. This means we cannot accept them as returns once they have been shipped out or once your order has been picked up from our warehouse/store location.
