PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: For all orders for tracked shipments, our cut-off time is 1pm (PST) for same-day order processing on each business day. This means that customers must complete their online checkout with payment before the cut-off time. All online orders checkout completed after 1pm PST, will be processed on the next business day. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and all Canada stat holidays.
The estimated delivery timeline indicated above does not include order processing time, stat holidays, and weekends. Any special shipping requests/instructions must be stated in the comment section of your orders each time. We are not responsible for any misplaced or lost shipment(s) once the tracking confirms the “delivered” status. If there are any errors or faults caused by us or the shipment carrier, we will thoroughly investigate the situation and resolve accordingly.
